- Basic technical data (such as browser type and pages viewed) collected automatically to help us improve the site.
How we use it
- To respond to enquiries, prepare quotes, and coordinate your event.
- To send information you have requested and, where you have opted in, occasional updates about our services.
Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with trusted partners and service providers where necessary to deliver your event, and only as required to perform that work.

By using this website or booking a SerapoX experience, you agree to the following terms.
Services & bookings
Descriptions, packages, and imagery on this site are illustrative and may change. A booking is confirmed only once agreed in writing and any required deposit is received. Availability, timing, and final scope are set out in your individual booking agreement, which prevails over this website if they differ.
Client responsibilities
- Ensuring the venue permits the requested effects (including spark, cloud, and CO2 elements) and providing safe access and power.
- Obtaining any venue or third-party approvals required for the agreed services.
Intellectual property
All content on this site — including the SerapoX name, marks, and imagery — is our property or used with permission and may not be reproduced without consent.
Liability & Disclaimer
Please read carefully. SerapoX experiences, including atmospheric and spark effects, are delivered by trained operators following applicable safety practices. To the fullest extent permitted by law, SerapoX is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, or for circumstances beyond our reasonable control, and our total liability in connection with any event is limited to the fees paid for that event. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Any effects are carried out in accordance with venue requirements and safety regulations. Where a venue prohibits an element, we will substitute or adjust the service as reasonably practicable.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta, Canada.
